Junior Full Stack Developer

About this role

Join Paradise Hospitality Group's Full Stack team and own features across our booking platform—from database to user interface. You'll work with modern tools like Node.js, React, and MongoDB to build experiences that help travelers book their stays. This is a great role if you're eager to grow as a full stack engineer. You'll collaborate with experienced teammates, ship code that matters, and learn how to design systems that scale.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain features across the backend (Node.js/Express) and frontend (React)
• Design and optimize database schemas in MongoDB
• Write clean, testable code and participate in code reviews
• Deploy and monitor features on AWS infrastructure
• Debug issues and troubleshoot problems across the full stack
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate requirements into code

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS experience helpful but not required)
• Comfortable working with Node.js and Express or similar backend frameworks
• Experience building user interfaces with React or comparable frontend libraries
• Familiarity with relational or document databases (MongoDB experience a plus)
• Portfolio or GitHub projects demonstrating full stack work
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn from teammates
