Senior Mobile Developer – React Native

About this role

Paradise Hospitality Group is looking for a Senior Mobile Developer to lead the design and delivery of cross-platform mobile experiences that delight our guests. You'll own the full lifecycle of our React Native applications, from architecture to production, working with a collaborative mobile team to solve real guest-facing challenges. This role is ideal for a developer who loves shipping quality code, mentoring teammates, and taking ownership of technical decisions. You'll work with modern tools like TypeScript, Firebase, and GraphQL to build reliable, scalable mobile solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and build cross-platform mobile apps using React Native and TypeScript
• Own end-to-end app architecture, performance optimization, and deployment
• Implement GraphQL queries and Firebase integrations for backend communication
• Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and set quality standards
• Collaborate with product and design teams to ship guest-facing features
• Debug and resolve production issues; drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 5+ years building production mobile apps with React Native or similar frameworks
• Comfort with agile workflows and cross-functional collaboration
• Experience mentoring or leading junior engineers
• Hands-on experience with GraphQL and/or Firebase
• Proven ability to ship polished, performant cross-platform apps
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript
