Technical Writer, Junior

About this role

EduCore Institute seeks a Junior Technical Writer to join our Documentation team. You will create clear, user-focused documentation for our educational tools, helping instructors and learners understand platform features and best practices. In this role, you'll work with product and engineering teams to translate complex educational concepts into accessible guides, tutorials, and reference materials. Your writing will directly impact how effectively educators and students use our tools.

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain user guides, tutorials, and FAQs for educational software
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand features and functionality
• Organize documentation in logical structures for easy navigation
• Edit and revise existing documentation for clarity and accuracy
• Incorporate user feedback to improve documentation quality
• Format documentation for multiple platforms (web, PDF, in-app help)

Qualifications

• Ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Attention to detail and commitment to consistency
• Comfort learning new software tools and educational platforms
• Experience creating user documentation or instructional materials
• Familiarity with documentation tools or content management systems (preferred)
• Strong writing skills with ability to explain technical concepts clearly
