About this role
EduCore Institute is seeking a UX/UI Designer to join our Product Design team. You will create intuitive, user-centered interfaces for our learning management system that serve educators and learners. This mid-level role offers the opportunity to shape how thousands of users interact with educational technology daily.
Responsibilities
- Design user interfaces and user experiences for learning management system features
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement designs
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics
- Maintain and evolve design systems and component libraries
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design or product design
- Ability to communicate design rationale to stakeholders
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design processes
