Senior Product Manager, Learning Platform

EduCore Institute is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy and roadmap development for our learning platform. In this role, you will shape the vision and direction of our platform, working cross-functionally to deliver outcomes that serve our users and business goals. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle—from strategy definition through launch and iteration. This is a high-impact opportunity to influence product decisions, drive engagement, and scale our platform's capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives
• Conduct user research and market analysis to inform product decisions
• Prioritize features and initiatives based on user needs, business impact, and technical feasibility
• Partner with engineering, design, and marketing to coordinate launches and measure success
• Track product metrics, analyze performance, and iterate based on data and feedback
• Lead quarterly planning and roadmap communication with stakeholders

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, with demonstrated success owning product strategy
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to make decisions with incomplete information
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication abilities
• Experience working on education, SaaS, or consumer platforms preferred
• Strong analytical skills with ability to define and track KPIs
• Track record of shipping products and driving user adoption
