Senior Curriculum Developer

About this role

EduCore Institute is seeking a Senior Curriculum Developer to lead the design and development of innovative educational curricula that inspire students and align with modern learning outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive curricula that align with institutional goals and contemporary educational best practices
• Partner with faculty and stakeholders to understand learning objectives and translate them into engaging course structures and materials
• Lead curriculum review and iteration cycles to ensure relevance, accessibility, and alignment with student outcomes
• Research and integrate emerging pedagogical approaches and educational technologies into curriculum frameworks
• Mentor instructional design and curriculum team members on standards, methodologies, and innovative approaches
• Document curriculum standards, learning progressions, and assessment strategies for consistency and scalability

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or academic program management
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum Design, or related field (Master's preferred)
• Demonstrated expertise in designing learner-centered curricula aligned with measurable outcomes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate complex educational concepts clearly
• Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders (faculty, administrators, learners) to build consensus and drive innovation
• Strong understanding of educational theory, assessment design, and modern pedagogical approaches
