EduCore Institute is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join our Customer Success team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our educational institution clients, ensuring they achieve their goals and maximize value from our platform. You will support client onboarding, troubleshoot issues, and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement. This is an ideal entry-level position for someone passionate about education and committed to delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard new educational institution clients and guide them through initial setup and adoption
  • Respond to client inquiries and technical questions in a timely and professional manner
  • Monitor client health metrics and identify at-risk accounts early
  • Gather client feedback and communicate feature requests and concerns to product and leadership teams
  • Maintain accurate client records and activity logs in our CRM system
  • Conduct periodic check-ins to ensure clients are meeting their objectives

Qualifications

  • Ability to manage multiple client relationships and prioritize competing tasks
  • Basic proficiency with CRM systems or similar software
  • Customer-focused mindset with a willingness to go above and beyond
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
  • Interest in education technology and supporting institutional success
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
