Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Paradise Hospitality Group is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our Machine Learning team. You'll design and deploy ML models that personalize guest experiences and drive operational efficiency across our properties. You'll own end-to-end model development—from problem definition through production deployment—working with cross-functional teams to translate hospitality challenges into data-driven solutions. This role offers the opportunity to impact guest satisfaction and business outcomes at scale.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy machine learning models for personalization and operational optimization
• Develop ML pipelines using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch; evaluate models with scikit-learn
• Collaborate with product and operations teams to define requirements and validate model performance
• Manage data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation in Jupyter notebooks
• Monitor production models and iterate based on performance metrics and business feedback
• Mentor junior team members on ML best practices and code quality

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional machine learning or data science experience
• Demonstrated ability to ship production ML models end-to-end
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Experience with data pipelines, feature stores, or model serving frameworks
• Solid understanding of classification, regression, and/or recommendation systems
• Strong proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn
