Fleet Maintenance Technician

Swift Logistics Network is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Technician to join our Fleet Management team in Memphis, TN. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our operations—keeping our fleet reliable, safe, and road-ready. You'll work on a variety of vehicles, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and ensure every truck meets our high standards before hitting the road.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on fleet vehicles (oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks)
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Document all maintenance work, repairs, and parts usage in our fleet management system
• Coordinate with drivers to understand vehicle issues and track problems
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety protocols
• Recommend preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on vehicle maintenance or repair experience
• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals
• Knowledge of commercial truck systems and safety standards
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license
