Dispatcher – Swift Logistics Network

About this role

Swift Logistics Network seeks a mid-level Dispatcher to optimize shipment coordination and fleet routing operations. You'll manage real-time logistics, communicate with drivers and customers, and ensure timely, efficient deliveries across our network. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on problem-solving. You'll work with dispatching software, monitor KPIs, and make data-driven decisions to minimize costs and maximize service quality. You'll be the operational backbone of our Dispatch team, supporting seamless logistics execution and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments and assign routes to drivers using dispatch software
• Monitor fleet location, delivery status, and adjust routing in real time
• Communicate pickup and delivery details to drivers and customers
• Resolve logistics issues, delays, and customer inquiries promptly
• Track performance metrics and report on on-time delivery and fleet efficiency

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of dispatch, logistics, or fleet management experience
• Ability to work shift schedules, including early mornings or evenings as needed
• Clear verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficiency with dispatch software and GPS tracking systems
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills under pressure
