Senior Operations Manager, Regional Logistics

Swift Logistics Network seeks an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead multi-facility logistics operations across the Los Angeles region. You'll oversee daily operations, optimize workflows, and drive performance across our distribution network. This role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and a track record of managing complex operations at scale. You'll work directly with facility teams, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and report to regional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple logistics facilities
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Manage facility leadership teams and support talent development
• Monitor KPIs and safety metrics; drive continuous improvement
• Coordinate inventory, warehousing, and distribution processes
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and internal departments
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• 7+ years in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain management
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
• Bachelor's degree in operations, supply chain, business, or related field
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency with logistics management systems and data analysis
• Proven experience managing multiple facilities or large-scale operations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
