Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient workflow execution
- Manage inventory accuracy, tracking, and material handling processes
- Lead, train, and supervise warehouse team members
- Coordinate shipping, receiving, and storage activities
- Implement and maintain safety protocols and compliance standards
- Monitor key performance indicators and report on operational metrics
- Identify improvement opportunities and optimize warehouse processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years of warehouse or logistics operations management experience
- Ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) or similar software
- Proven track record managing warehouse teams and inventory systems
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and safety protocols
