Supply Chain Analyst

Swift Logistics Network is hiring a Supply Chain Analyst to join our IT & Systems team in Houston. You'll own logistics optimization projects that directly improve operational efficiency and reduce costs across our network. This mid-level role combines data analysis, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. You'll work with real-time supply chain data to identify bottlenecks, model scenarios, and implement solutions that drive measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Analyze logistics data to identify inefficiencies and recommend optimization opportunities
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports tracking key supply chain metrics
• Model supply chain scenarios to support decision-making and cost reduction initiatives
• Collaborate with operations and finance teams to implement process improvements
• Monitor KPIs and prepare insights on performance trends and variances
• Document processes and standardize metrics across logistics systems

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of supply chain, logistics, or operations analysis experience
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, business, or related field
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with supply chain concepts: demand forecasting, inventory management, or transportation planning
• Proficiency with data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Tableau, or similar)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
