Swift Logistics Network is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our Operations team in Chicago. You'll be the backbone of our supply chain, managing shipments, coordinating with carriers, and identifying opportunities to streamline our processes. Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end shipment coordination, including booking, tracking, and delivery confirmation
• Communicate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to resolve logistics issues and delays
• Optimize shipping routes and carriers to reduce costs and improve delivery times
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and supply chain metrics
• Monitor supply chain performance and identify process improvement opportunities
• Support inventory management and warehouse operations as needed

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations coordination
• Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to changing priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Proficiency with logistics management systems and shipping software
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously
