Join Nexus Analytics' HR team as a Recruiter and help us attract exceptional talent to fuel our growth. In this mid-level role, you'll own the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding—for key positions across the company. You'll partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, build compelling candidate pipelines, and create a smooth, welcoming interview experience. Your work directly impacts our ability to scale the team with the right people.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using multiple channels (job boards, networking, social media, referrals)
- Manage the full recruitment workflow: posting, candidate communications, scheduling, and offer coordination
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future openings
- Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and success criteria
- Track metrics and optimize recruiting processes to improve quality and time-to-hire
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting experience (in-house or agency)
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Comfort with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
- Demonstrated success filling mid-to-senior level roles
- Genuine passion for finding great talent and building teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
