About this role

Nexus Analytics is looking for a mid-level Account Executive to drive enterprise sales and build lasting client relationships. You'll own the full sales cycle—from prospecting through closing—while serving as the trusted advisor for our largest accounts. In this role, you'll combine consultative selling with strategic relationship management. You'll work with C-suite executives, understand their business challenges, and position Nexus Analytics solutions as the right fit. Your success directly impacts revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify enterprise prospects; develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns
  • Lead discovery calls and demos; translate client needs into compelling value propositions
  • Manage the full sales cycle from proposal through contract negotiation and close
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Collaborate with product, customer success, and marketing teams to ensure smooth handoffs
  • Track pipeline, forecasting, and sales metrics; regularly report progress to leadership

Qualifications

  • 3–7 years of B2B enterprise sales experience or equivalent success in a similar role
  • Ability to research industries and prospects; self-motivated and detail-oriented
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Comfortable with CRM tools, sales methodologies, and data-driven decision making
  • Proven track record closing deals with C-suite executives and complex buying committees
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
