Retail Finance Analyst

Urban Retail Ventures is seeking a Retail Finance Analyst to join the Finance team. In this mid-level role, you will analyze financial data, support budgeting cycles, and develop forecasting models that drive strategic decision-making across the organization. You will work with cross-functional teams to gather financial requirements, interpret complex datasets, and deliver actionable insights. Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data from multiple sources to identify trends and variances
• Support the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting cycles
• Develop and maintain financial models for scenario analysis and projections
• Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders and senior management
• Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to validate assumptions and refine forecasts
• Monitor actual results against budget and identify risks or opportunities

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related field
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency with spreadsheet applications and financial modeling
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
