Nexus Analytics is seeking a Financial Analyst to join the Finance team. In this role, you will analyze financial data and metrics to support strategic business decisions across the organization. You'll work with cross-functional teams to interpret complex datasets and deliver actionable insights that drive growth and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to identify trends and variances
- Prepare reports and presentations that translate data into clear business recommendations
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes and reconciliations
- Gather and validate financial data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy
- Collaborate with department heads to understand financial performance and needs
- Assist in building and maintaining financial models and analysis tools
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Excel and financial analysis tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
