Clinical Research Coordinator

Horizon Health Solutions is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to join our Research team in San Francisco. You'll be the backbone of our clinical trials and research studies, ensuring every project runs smoothly from start to finish. In this mid-level role, you'll manage study logistics, coordinate with research teams, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards. You'll work directly with investigators, participants, and internal stakeholders to drive meaningful healthcare solutions forward.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day coordination of clinical trials and research studies
• Recruit, screen, and enroll study participants
• Maintain accurate study documentation and regulatory files
• Schedule appointments and coordinate logistics across sites and teams
• Monitor protocol compliance and data quality throughout studies
• Support investigators with study setup, reporting, and documentation

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in clinical research or healthcare coordination
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Familiarity with GCP (Good Clinical Practice) guidelines or regulatory standards
• Strong organizational and project management skills
