Junior Product Manager, Healthcare Solutions

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and translate findings into actionable product insights
• Define and prioritize features for upcoming product releases
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ship user-centered solutions
• Analyze product metrics and usage data to inform decisions
• Document requirements and acceptance criteria in Jira
• Present progress and recommendations to stakeholders

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate clearly across technical and non-technical teams
• Comfort with tools like Jira, Figma, and analytics platforms
• Demonstrated user research and user interview skills
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with SQL or basic data analysis (nice-to-have)
• Strong grasp of product management fundamentals
