Senior Marketing Manager, Healthcare Solutions

Horizon Health Solutions is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives and drive growth across healthcare markets. You'll own strategy, execution, and measurement of campaigns that resonate with healthcare professionals and organizations. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll blend creative thinking with data-driven decisions to advance our mission.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, and Salesforce
• Lead campaign planning, creative direction, and performance optimization for B2B and healthcare audiences
• Build and mentor a marketing team; own quarterly goal-setting and performance reviews
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to align messaging and drive pipeline growth
• Analyze campaign metrics and market trends; present insights and recommendations to leadership
• Oversee content strategy, brand positioning, and go-to-market initiatives
• Manage marketing budgets and ROI tracking across channels

Qualifications

• 5+ years of healthcare marketing experience with proven digital campaign success
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
• Demonstrated experience in B2B marketing and demand generation
• Experience with content marketing, video production, or creative direction (preferred)
• Leadership experience managing and growing high-performing teams
• Proficiency with HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, or equivalent platforms
• Strong expertise in digital strategy and campaign management
