About this role
Horizon Health Solutions is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Manager to own and grow our largest healthcare accounts. You'll build strategic relationships with C-suite executives, identify expansion opportunities, and drive measurable revenue growth across your portfolio. This is a leadership-focused role where you'll be the primary business driver for enterprise clients. You'll combine consultative selling with deep industry knowledge to solve complex healthcare challenges and position our solutions as mission-critical.
Responsibilities
- Own 8–12 enterprise healthcare accounts; develop multi-year account plans and execute against quarterly revenue targets
- Identify and close expansion opportunities within existing accounts (new business units, additional services, license growth)
- Build and maintain executive relationships; conduct business reviews and strategic planning sessions with stakeholders
- Collaborate with solutions engineers, implementation, and customer success to ensure seamless onboarding and renewals
- Forecast pipeline accurately; report on account health, win/loss analysis, and competitive activity
- Mentor junior account managers and contribute to team best practices and sales process improvement
Qualifications
- 7+ years of enterprise software or healthcare services sales experience, with a track record of managing large, complex accounts
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred) and comfort with sales analytics and forecasting
- Demonstrated ability to close six-figure deals and grow account revenue year-over-year
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to influence at the C-level
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry dynamics, regulatory environment, and buyer personas (providers, payers, health systems)
