BuildRight Construction is looking for an HR Specialist to support our growing workforce. You'll be the go-to person for recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations across our Fort Worth-based teams. Responsibilities
- Recruit, screen, and onboard new construction and office staff, from job posting through first-day setup
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, policy questions, and performance discussions
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with HR documentation and filing requirements
- Coordinate benefits administration, payroll coordination, and employee communications
- Support safety and training initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture
- Handle general HR inquiries and serve as a resource for managers on people-related matters
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of HR experience in recruitment, onboarding, or employee relations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality
- Familiarity with HRIS systems, applicant tracking software, or HR tools
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or HR certification a plus
- Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills; comfort working with diverse teams
