In this mid-level role, you'll be the driving force behind our commitment to maintaining safe, compliant job sites across all our operations. You'll implement and monitor safety protocols, conduct inspections, and work directly with site teams to foster a strong safety culture. Your expertise will help us prevent incidents, reduce risk, and keep our workforce protected every single day.
Responsibilities
- Implement and enforce safety protocols across all job sites
- Conduct regular safety inspections and document findings
- Investigate incidents and near-misses; recommend corrective actions
- Develop and deliver safety training programs to site personnel
- Monitor compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards
- Collaborate with site managers to address safety concerns and hazards
Qualifications
- Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic job site environments
- Attention to detail and solid documentation practices
- Experience in construction safety or a related field
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license
