BuildRight Construction seeks an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead and oversee electrical installation teams in San Antonio, TX. In this senior role, you will ensure all electrical work meets applicable code standards, project specifications, and safety requirements. You will manage daily operations, coordinate with other trades, and maintain quality control across multiple jobsites.
Responsibilities
- Oversee electrical installation teams and supervise daily work activities
- Ensure all electrical work complies with NEC, local codes, and project specifications
- Inspect completed work and coordinate corrective actions when needed
- Manage project timelines, materials, and crew scheduling
- Communicate with project managers and other trades to coordinate workflows
- Maintain accurate documentation and safety records
Qualifications
- Experience reading blueprints and project specifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical installation or construction supervision
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes and industry standards
- Valid driver's license
- Valid Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent certification
