Roofing Supervisor

BuildRight Construction is seeking an experienced Roofing Supervisor to lead our roofing operations in Memphis, TN. You'll oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality installations, thorough inspections, and adherence to safety and industry standards. This is a hands-on leadership role where your expertise directly impacts project success and team performance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise roofing installation teams across multiple active projects
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with roofing codes and company standards
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Train and mentor roofing crew members on best practices and safety protocols
• Coordinate with project managers and clients regarding progress and any issues
• Document project details, inspections, and crew performance

Qualifications

• 5+ years of roofing industry experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role
• Ability to read blueprints and understand roofing specifications
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Physical ability to climb, bend, and work in varied weather conditions
• Strong knowledge of roofing materials, installation techniques, and industry standards
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
