Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise construction crews and subcontractors on-site

- Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes
- Coordinate material deliveries and equipment logistics
- Document progress, issues, and changes; communicate with project management
- Conduct daily site meetings and maintain organized documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of on-site construction management experience
- Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols
- Valid driver's license
