Responsibilities
- Support recruitment efforts, including job posting, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Manage employee onboarding, orientation, and documentation
- Assist with HR policies, compliance, and record-keeping
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide general HR guidance
- Help organize team events, training, and professional development initiatives
- Track HR metrics and prepare reports for leadership
Qualifications
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Basic knowledge of HR best practices and employment law
- Comfortable with HR software and Microsoft Office
- Friendly, collaborative approach to working with people
- High school diploma or associate degree (or equivalent work experience)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
