Responsibilities
- Listen to and document patient concerns, complaints, and feedback
- Investigate patient issues and work with care teams to find timely resolutions
- Educate patients about their rights, care options, and available resources
- Follow up with patients to ensure their concerns have been resolved satisfactorily
- Identify trends in patient feedback to help improve organizational processes
- Maintain detailed, accurate records of all patient interactions
Qualifications
- Ability to empathize with patients and remain calm under pressure
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation or ability to commute to Phoenix, AZ
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Willingness to learn healthcare systems and patient advocacy practices
