Senior Supply Chain Manager

Urban Retail Ventures is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead strategy and vendor management across our operations. This role oversees end-to-end supply chain planning, vendor relationships, and process optimization to support our retail business objectives. You will develop and execute supply chain strategies that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance vendor performance. This position requires strategic thinking, strong stakeholder management, and a track record of driving operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with company goals
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor performance metrics
• Oversee inventory planning, procurement processes, and logistics operations
• Identify and drive operational improvements and cost reduction opportunities
• Lead cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain challenges
• Monitor market trends and recommend supply chain adjustments

Qualifications

• 7+ years of supply chain management or related experience
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field
• Demonstrated expertise in vendor management and strategic procurement
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Proficiency with supply chain planning tools and systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
