Urban Retail Ventures is seeking a Senior Store Manager to lead daily store operations and drive sales performance. You'll be the operational backbone of the store, balancing customer experience, team development, and financial targets. Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and oversee daily activities to ensure smooth, efficient functioning
• Drive sales performance through strategic planning, visual merchandising, and customer engagement initiatives
• Recruit, train, and mentor team members; foster a positive, inclusive store culture
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and vendor relationships to maintain optimal product availability
• Monitor financial metrics, budgets, and P&L; identify cost-saving opportunities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail or store operations management experience
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and peak seasons
• Demonstrated track record of driving sales growth and operational excellence
• Excellent communication and customer service orientation
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and inventory management tools
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
