You'll support day-to-day operations, help develop team members, and contribute to a positive store environment where customers and staff thrive. In this junior-level position, you'll work alongside the Store Manager to oversee staffing, inventory, and customer service standards. You'll gain hands-on experience in retail leadership while building skills that set you up for growth.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling staff and ensuring adequate coverage during business hours
• Support inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and cycle counts
• Help train and mentor team members on store procedures and customer service standards
• Monitor store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company policies
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
• Communicate between management and store staff to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to team success
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
