Join Urban Retail Ventures' Visual Merchandising team and bring our brand to life through creative store displays and compelling product presentations. In this mid-level role, you'll partner with store leadership and cross-functional teams to elevate the customer experience and drive sales through strategic visual storytelling. You'll own the aesthetic direction of store spaces, from window displays to seasonal campaigns, while staying aligned with brand guidelines and market trends. This is a hands-on position perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic retail environment and loves turning creative ideas into tangible results.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute engaging store displays that showcase products and reflect current brand campaigns
- Develop seasonal and promotional visual concepts that drive customer engagement and sales
- Collaborate with store managers and merchandising teams to implement visual strategies across locations
- Monitor display performance, gather customer feedback, and iterate on designs
- Maintain store standards and ensure displays remain fresh, well-organized, and on-brand
- Stay current with retail trends and competitor visual strategies
Qualifications
- 2+ years of visual merchandising, retail design, or related display experience
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with tight timelines
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset
- Flexibility to travel to multiple store locations as needed
- Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar) is a plus
- Strong eye for color, composition, and spatial design
