Procurement Specialist

Swift Logistics Network is seeking a Procurement Specialist to join our Procurement team in Denver, CO. You will manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and develop purchasing strategies that support operational efficiency and cost optimization. Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with existing and prospective vendors, including performance monitoring and communication
• Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with company standards
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to optimize procurement costs and terms
• Process purchase orders and maintain procurement documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify purchasing needs and opportunities for improvement
• Track and analyze spending data to identify trends and cost-saving initiatives

Qualifications

• 3+ years of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Knowledge of procurement best practices and compliance requirements
• Proficiency with procurement systems and spreadsheet analysis
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
