Medical Science Liaison

Horizon Health Solutions seeks a Medical Science Liaison to serve as a scientific expert and trusted advisor to healthcare providers. In this mid-level role, you will bridge clinical practice and medical affairs, delivering evidence-based information and building strong relationships with key opinion leaders and clinical teams. You will be responsible for translating complex scientific data into actionable insights for healthcare professionals, supporting clinical adoption, and gathering provider feedback to inform strategy. This position offers the opportunity to directly impact clinical care and organizational success.

Responsibilities

• Educate healthcare providers on clinical evidence, product science, and therapeutic areas through presentations and one-on-one interactions
• Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, clinical champions, and healthcare systems
• Gather, document, and communicate provider feedback and clinical insights to internal medical affairs and product teams
• Support clinical evidence generation activities, including study feasibility assessments and publication planning
• Prepare scientific materials, case studies, and clinical summaries for healthcare provider audiences
• Represent the company professionally at medical conferences, advisory boards, and clinical forums

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in medical affairs, clinical research, or healthcare provider engagement
• Advanced degree in life sciences, medicine, nursing, pharmacy, or related field (MS/PharmD/MD preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare providers
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Strong scientific communication skills with ability to translate complex data for diverse audiences
• Willingness to travel as needed to support field activities and provider engagement
