Senior Solutions Architect

Paradise Hospitality Group is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to bridge the gap between client needs and our technical capabilities. You'll design comprehensive solutions that address complex hospitality challenges while ensuring implementation success. In this senior-level role, you'll work with enterprise clients, guide technical teams, and establish best practices for solution delivery. You'll combine deep technical knowledge with business acumen to create solutions that drive customer success and competitive advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end technical solutions for enterprise hospitality clients
• Partner with sales, engineering, and client teams to gather requirements and define scopes
• Create solution architectures that balance technical excellence with business requirements
• Lead technical discussions with C-level stakeholders and technical teams
• Establish solution patterns and best practices that scale across client engagements
• Mentor junior architects and contribute to thought leadership initiatives

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise solutions architecture or related technical consulting
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Deep expertise in cloud architecture (AWS preferred), microservices, and modern application design
• Experience with solution selling, RFP responses, and account management
• Proven success designing solutions for enterprise clients in hospitality or adjacent industries
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
