About this role
Nexus Analytics is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to design and build scalable web applications that power our analytics platforms. You will take ownership of end-to-end feature development, from backend architecture to user-facing interfaces, working with a team committed to delivering robust, performant systems. In this role, you'll solve complex technical challenges at scale, mentor junior engineers, and influence platform decisions. You'll balance rapid iteration with architectural rigor, ensuring our applications remain maintainable as they grow.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable backend services and APIs that support analytics workloads
- Build responsive, efficient frontend interfaces using modern web technologies
- Own features from conception through deployment, including testing and monitoring
- Collaborate with product and data teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in production systems
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full stack web development experience
- Demonstrated ability to design scalable systems and APIs
- Experience with databases, caching, and performance optimization
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles and best practices
- Strong proficiency in both backend and frontend technologies
- Track record of shipping production features and taking ownership of outcomes
