Frontend Engineer, Analytics UI

About this role

Join Nexus Analytics' Frontend team to build intuitive, data-driven interfaces that help users understand complex analytics. You'll work on designing and developing user experiences that turn insights into action, collaborating with designers and product teams to ship features that matter. This is a mid-level role where you'll own meaningful parts of our analytics platform, balance technical excellence with user needs, and grow your skills in building accessible, performant interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Design and build intuitive user interfaces for analytics dashboards and reporting tools
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into polished, functional components
• Optimize interface performance and ensure responsive, accessible user experiences across devices
• Write clean, maintainable frontend code and participate in code reviews
• Iterate based on user feedback and analytics data to improve usability
• Contribute to frontend architecture decisions and documentation

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of frontend development experience with modern JavaScript frameworks
• Ability to communicate design tradeoffs and work cross-functionally
• Commitment to accessibility and inclusive design practices
• Experience building data visualization or analytics-focused interfaces (bonus)
• Proficiency with version control and collaborative development workflows
• Strong foundation in HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles
