Responsibilities

- Support payroll, benefits administration, and HR compliance tasks
- Coordinate employee development programs and training initiatives
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Help organize company events, celebrations, and team-building activities
- Maintain HR databases and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality
Qualifications
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Entry-level experience in HR operations, administration, or customer service
- Friendly, collaborative approach to working with diverse teams
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn HR software systems
