Systems Administrator

About this role

Swift Logistics Network is looking for a Systems Administrator to join our Technology team in Seattle. You'll maintain and support the IT infrastructure that keeps our logistics operations running smoothly. This is a hands-on role where you'll troubleshoot issues, manage systems, and help our team stay connected and productive.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and support server and network infrastructure
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues for logistics operations
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and system security
• Perform regular backups and disaster recovery testing
• Document system configurations and maintain IT procedures
• Collaborate with the Technology team on infrastructure improvements

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in systems administration or IT operations
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
• Experience with user account management and access controls
• Reliable, detail-oriented approach to documentation and processes
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of server operating systems and network fundamentals
